Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns for store credit upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All sales are final for orders placed during promotion periods using a coupon code. To ensure a timely return, please return the item immediately upon receiving your order.

  • We do not refund original shipping cost with the return.
  • All sales made using a discount or coupon code are considered final.
  • We do not refund discounted items or marked with SALE.
  • No credit card or cash refund. Store credit valid for one year.
  • We do not accept any USED item. All USED items will be sent back to the sender. A shipping charge will be applied to your account.
  • We do not accept returns for all international orders including Canadian orders.
  • We do not accept exchanges.
  • Please allow 10 days for us to receive your return and process your request.

Return for Store Credit Instructions

1. Complete the return form.
2. Enclose the completed return form along with the merchandise you would like to return for store credit in a secure package.
3. Mail to

4. We will notify you when the items are received and a credit is placed into your account.

Return Online Instructions

1. Log onto your Cherry Culture account.
2. Click Order Status. Find your order by selecting date period ALL DATES and SEARCH.
3. Select the order number you wish to return the merchandise on. Click return on the upper right hand corner.
4. Fill the requested fields and click SUBMIT.
5. Complete the return form. You must include an RMA number in the return form for each item you wish to return.
6. Enclose the completed return form along with the merchandise you would like to return in a secure package.
7. Mail to

All packages should be sent via a trackable method, such as USPS, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. All items must be packed in a safe environment, merchandise damaged during transit will not be accepted.
8. We will notify you once we receive the merchandise via email.

Return Status

You can check your return request status by logging onto your Cherry Culture Account. Go to Returns and SEARCH.

Return Requested: Your request has been sent to the Return Department.

Return Authorized: Your returns request has been authorized. Please pack the merchandise in a secure package and mail to

Return Declined: Your returns request has been declined. Please read Returns Policy
