
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands). If you are an international customer, please see international shipping below
We fill and ship orders from our warehouse within 24-hours of credit approval. For security purposes and as a protection to our customers, we will not ship orders unless all billing information is correct. Please make certain that the billing information you have provided exactly matches your credit card issuing bank's records. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.
FedEx delivery methods are not available for PO Boxes.
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of next business day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday or by close of business day Tuesday.

General Delivery Times
USPS and FedEx deliver Monday through Saturday.
There is no delivery cost for shipping Cherry Culture eGift Certificates or Store gift certificates, regardless of their face value.
Orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected much sooner than the estimated maximum delivery time. The majority of orders shipped to the West Coast can be expected within 2 - 4 business days.

Ground Delivery
Standard Ground delivery methods include both FedEx and USPS carriers. Standard Ground delivery method does not include delivery signature. Your package will be delivered by carrier without delivery confirmation. Cherry Culture is not responsible for the safety of your package after it has been delivered by the carrier. We recommend that you select the Signature Ground delivery method in order to insure the safety of your package.
We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all merchandise orders over $40 after discounts and taxes. For orders less than $40, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard Ground shipping. For other shipping options, please see the chart below.

How we determine rates
International shipping rates and delivery options are displayed in the Shopping Bag for all registered customers.
Shipping rates are based on:
· product weight
· type of packaging
· destination country
· carrier shipping method
· Shipping charges do not include duties or taxes. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents. Please check with customs office for detail information.

· When using International 1st Class Mail you will receive a custom form number starting with LN. This is NOT a tracking number. The only information available on the USPS tracking page will be the date when the package was picked up by the carrier.

Shipping Confirmation
When the warehouse has prepared and packed your order and it is ready to be shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation e-mail. The e-mail contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link to the carrier site. You can click on the tracking number to track your order.
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your order, please contact customer service.
