If your prescription is light, you don't need to do anything differently. However, some powerful lenses can change the appearance of your eyes. If your glasses make your eyes look smaller, then you need to wear MORE liner and mascara. If your glasses make your eyes look bigger, then you need to use LESS liner and mascara.
Also, dark frames can create a shadow over your eyes, therefore be sure to use concealer over your eyes. Lastly, put on a brighter lip color on your lips to balance out the top heaviness of glasses.
