Splash Eye Glitter Shimmer $5.00
A loose sparkling dust which can be worn not only around your eyes, but also your cheeks, lips, hair and body. When mixed with clear Lash Splash, a Mermaid can create her own hair color. Just add a splash of H2O to create your own body paint.
Application Tips:
Eyes: Apply clear base, liquid eyeliner or liquid eyeshadow to desired area of the eye - add glitter on top.
Lips: Apply clear or color lip gloss or lipstick, then dab on glitter for a sparkly finish.
Body: Sprinkle loose glitter on your body and hair or into your hand and mix with lotion.
Nails: Apply a clear coat, use brush to dab glitter onto wet coat. Finish with a clear coat.
